OE Solar is an Engineering, Procurement and Construction & Development contractor operating out of Albuquerque New Mexico. We offer a comprehensive spectrum of services for sustainable green construction projects including solar PV, energy storage systems and energy efficiency. OE Solar handles everything from; Project Development, Capital Acquisitions, Feasibility studies, Permitting, Interconnection Procurement, Construction, Testing and Training as well as Operations, Maintenance and Monitoring (OM&M). commercial solar Sr. management team with more
than 80 years of combined experience in
development, engineering, and construction.
OE Solar has experience working with many public entities including, Albuquerque Public Schools, having been contracted to install solar on; Aztec Special Education, Jackson Middle School, La Cueva, Manzano High School Ernie Pyle Middle School, Atrisco Heritage High School, and several others. OE Solar has also recently finished work for NNSA, CNM and UNM, New Mexico State Parks as well as currently working with the City of Albuquerque and DTRA, on solar installations, car ports and EV Chareging stations.
Capacity to Perfom
OE Solar is a S-corporation for profit in New Mexico. We hold our EE98 & GB98 number 379323 in the state of New Mexico. We also hold our NABCEP installation professional license and are fully licensed, bonded and insured. Our proven track record has allowed us to expand our bond capacity for single projects to $15 million with a combined project aggregate of $25 million. We have a Better Business Bureau Rating of A+, and have the insurance requirements to meet any project size.

OE Solar has implemented proven processes, including our online PM Website, that is accessible by our clients online 24/7. Such processes ensure communication is always at the forefront of our projects and any required adaptations are handled with agility and consensus and do not result in unpleasant surprises. The PM Website allows our clients to track their installation’s progress in real time and stay informed on the design, permitting, construction and commissioning schedule.

If required by the project, OE Solar supplements our in-house staff by contracting with qualified independent structural engineers, geotechnical engineers, environmental engineers, civil engineers, excavators and specialty craftsmen. NM State Purchasing Agreement
OE Solar has been on the State of New Mexico Purchasing agreement for over 6 years. This allows State Agencies as well as cities and schools throughout the state to contact OE Solar for direct services. We can also provide quotes utilizing the State Purchasing agreement and have utilized this method of procumbent with agencies such as the City of Albuquerque and the Sunport. We also fulfill the criteria for you to leverage your small business set-asides and sole-source contracts in order to achieve your small business procurement objectives.
