Position Summary

As the Marketing Associate at OE Solar, you will take on a highly impactful role, working on everything from revamping our current marketing collateral to managing our online presence. You will have a unique opportunity to overhaul existing materials and develop new content that directly supports business growth, client outreach, and proposal generation. This is a hands-on internship designed to give you practical experience in strategic marketing, communications, and business development.

Note: This is a paid internship at $15 an hour for qualified candidates that meet Workforce Solutions requirements. If the successful candidate is a current student, there is also the option of utilizing this position for course credit. Requirements & Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update the company’s social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to improve online presence and engagement.

• Create marketing collateral for upcoming programs, incentives, and company initiatives.

• Revamp existing marketing materials from past projects to support proposals and presentations.

• Conduct research on climate and energy events, vetting opportunities for company attendance or participation.

• Assist the Sales team by determining their marketing needs and providing targeted materials.

• Complete any assigned company training relevant to the role and overall professional growth.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas for marketing campaigns.

• Must be able to work in the United States.

• Candidates must be in their last year of school or have graduated within the last six months.
