If we find a critical error with the system you will be notified within 24 hours. Thereupon, you have the option of how you would like to proceed: you have the choice of trying to fix it on your own, or have OE Solar deploy a technician and opt to be billed at Time and Material to save you as much money as possible.
OE Optics subscribers receive 10% discount on maintenance services, OE Optics Monitoring Service will not affect current warranties with your installation company. Meanwhile, with OE Optics, you only pay for the services you want; Remote Troubleshooting and fixes included! Even if you have multiple systems across multiple sites, OE offers customized solutions to fit your needs
